Attending a recent a meet-up with my publisher, Page Two, I had the chance to connect with authors who are working to change the conversation in their industries. And then it hit me. That’s exactly what I set out to do when I wrote People First, to shift the way we think about leadership, teams, and organizational design.
But my vision is bigger than just the book.
I wrote People First to provide strategies and structures that help organizations operate more effectively. But this work goes beyond the pages. People First leadership has the power to transform organizations, impact margins, and strengthen ROI. My role in this isn’t to only write a book about it but to get these concepts into the hands of leaders who can apply them, adapt them, and see real success from them.
My book is only a starting point. The real change happens when leaders take these ideas and run with them.
